Our Story
GhostLax was born from courage, creativity, and the love of the game.
Inspired from a drawing by a young athlete named AJ who recently battled leukemia. During his battle he fought each day with the same determination he brings on the lacrosse field.
THE MEDICINE GAME
“Lacrosse isn’t just a game, it’s a medicine, it heals. You hear it time and time again how the spirit of the sport itself has healed people because they believe that it’s medicine that speaks to the spirit and the soul."
- Neal Powless, Onondaga Nation member, a former professional player for the Iroquois Nationals lacrosse team and a three-time collegiate All-American
The name “GhostLax” comes from the idea that ghosts symbolize the unseen strength within us. That part of us that keeps fighting even when no one can see the struggle.
A portion of all proceeds are directly donated to programs supporting the pediatric cancer community
