GhostLax Return and Exhange Policy

At Ghostly, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In original condition

    • Free of stains, odors, or damage

    • Returned with original tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or made-to-order products

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for different sizes or colors based on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ghostly is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact Ghostly customer support with your order number and reason for the return.

Ghostly reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
